Pros
Transparent and compassionate leadership, ability to make an impact at all levels of the organization (particularly in engineering), passion for innovation and execution, good cross function collaboration in the groups I worked with, great people and team members.
Cons
While there are some very good benefits, others could be improved such as the no rollover policy. Work flexibility still exists but has trended less so. Will be important for attraction and retention.
