Free food and drinks given to employees.

Cons

Cut throat environment, no work-life balance, employees are never appreciated for the work they do. Interview process is extremely time consuming and just not necessary. 4 hours of assessments and multiple rounds of interviews that last a month.

Pros

The firm has a great culture that promotes collaboration and exposure to different projects and work to be done. There's always opportunities to grow and advance in your career with the firm growing and new projects being brought in. The people that work here are super supportive and have a wide variety of knowledge which can be really fun to work with. Benefits are great and they encourage employees to take time off. Highly recommend!
