- Teams dynamics are made up of driven professionals, amazing collabs and problem-solving. - Compensation wise is good. - EA's are great support, especially during high-pressure times. - Travel allowance and logistics during business travel are handled efficiently. - Exposure to several great profile clients in Telecom, Media & Tech brings strong professional growth opportunities.

Cons

1. Promotions and performance appraisals often appear biased HR processes lack transparency and fairness. 2. Leadership focuses heavily on results but doesn't adequately consider team burnout either long-term sustainability as well 3. WorkLife balance is nearly impossible to maintain at senior levels, it can feel like it’s draining your lifetime energy. 4. Internal systems are outdated and unorganized, leading to inefficiencies and duplicated work.

Senior management treats employees very badly. Expects employees to work all hours. Gaslighting is very common. No mentorship. Very aggressive and not appropriate behavior.
