There's a lot you can learn if you’re up for figuring it out on your own no one’s going to micromanage you.The firm’s well known for stepping in during big corporate messes restructuring, turnarounds, crisis situations so if you're into that kind of high-stakes work, you’ll definitely be thrown in quickly. You’ll learn loads on the job, especially if you're willing to crack on without much handholding.
Cons
The culture is very much just get it done, no matter the cost . And while the firm likes to say it's different from traditional consulting, the hours and pressure are very much the same, if not worse. It’s a high-pressure environment with little support, and while it might be similar to others in the industry, that doesn’t make it any more sustainable or enjoyable. Burnout feels part of the job description.And while the pay is decent, it starts to feel less worth it once the long nights, last-minute travel, and personal sacrifices start stacking up.
