Pros

Truly strategic challenges on a daily basis. Working with CEO most of the time. Mantra of "when it really matters" plays true with every client. Opportunity to work with top 5% of graduates and MBAs who are keen to support and help you grow. Good comp and bens

Cons

Long hours and distorted work/life balance, however that is part of the trade-off for the critical nature of the work we do
