      Pros

      Great to work at a highly respected firm, successful in the market, growing smartly. You get to work on great projects that "Really Matter" (firm mantra) to clients.

      Cons

      Leadership is in evolution and teh firm is growing, there are growing pains in certain areas. But, leadership seems aware and is constantly communicating about programs underway.
