Not a good Company to work for if your an Admin

higher Salary than other companies Good staff parties Some opportunity to travel

Lots of bullying goes on, people allowed to get away with it as "that's what they are like" Have to be in with the right people to get any career advance Will get rid of you in a heartbeat if your face no longer fits irrespective of how long you've worked there or how many hours you've put in. Expected to work at all times of the day irrespective of personal commitments, including dropping everything and working through the night for no additional compensation / time off Administrative staff treated like lower workers and Directors allowed to get away with being abusive towards them Consultants will blatantly lie in order to make themselves look better

Cons

Work life balance can be non-existent at times. Company stronger in the east coast than on the west coast. Salaries have become less competitive in recent years.
