Pros
1) It looks the company really cares about its employees and makes efforts to develop and retain employees: lot's of training courses, opportunities to attend conferences, etc 2) company is doing well and growing very fast 3) it is a great place to be if you are a management consultant, a strategy consultant to be more precise 4) highly professional and knowledgeable colleagues 5) high profile projects where you can really help clients 6) opportunities for growth, merit-based promotions and compensation
Cons
1) not a place to be if you are a data scientist 2) insane hours 3) travel Mon-Thu every week; they really try to keep you billable ~100% 4) a large fraction of senior colleagues have A-type personality and some of them are boarder line psychopaths... I guess it is a common trend for the consulting industry
