Good firm, still working through employee development

Pros

None of the BS that comes with working at a larger firm. Plenty of time to actually focus on client work and get to solve problems. Very hands on firm. Company is flexible with you if you want to change your comp and have demonstrated quality work products.

Cons

Hard to develop upwards in some ways. Most of the managing directors were purchased with their book of business, firm hasn't really figured out how to consistently grow organically across all services lines.

Great colleagues, smart people, rewarding projects and lack of politics is refreshing. Global presence working on important projects in very collegial atmosphere. This place knows what it's doing.

Cons

Some growing pains and a few senior outliers in the collegiality area that should be addressed to prevent it from spreading.
