Pros
Firm really cares about its employees, and is very focused on being one of the best places to work. Places people first. I asked a veteran of several years to tell me about the unhappy people, and what their reasons were for being unhappy. He gave me a perplexed look and replied "I don't know any unhappy people here".
Cons
Still going through the process of transitioning from a medium-sized firm to a big firm, and finding its way (but trying hard)
