Good people, good team spirit, good place for experienced folks, operators who do not mind to be hands-on. With a high probability you will not create best-in-class solution but you will make a huge impact within short time...

Cons

Inconsistent expectations toward individuals, performance and depends on practice and on Managing Directors on the projects, some of them might be unreasonable.
