Pros

Great benefits. Great culture and attitude toward employees.

Cons

Weak and inconsistent top management technological leadership and plain corruption and favoritism resulting in bad, inefficient and outdated practices in many domains that are not challenged for years. Some teams have good engineering standards and practices others not so good and others are just terrible (an open secret across the company). Ask more questions during the interview that will help you figure out if you are headed in a good team.

Compassion and empathy throughout company Great benefits Great base salary with potential for increased income with commission

Cons

Can be overwhelming with multiple agendas being thrown at you at once-if you’re not okay with being challenged or kept on your toes, I don’t think this is the right company for you. Have been working from home during pandemic which means days with multiple zoom/conference calls some days and switching gears into an all virtual world.

Always ahead of the curve with the latest and greatest technology. They care about the wellbeing of their employees. Named one of the best companies in the world to work for, and I’d agree. Fair compensation. Growing globally.

Cons

Some may consider a con...you need to be self motivated and fast learner as there isn’t always a lot of training. You need to seek help from the right people.
