the experience significantly deteriorates when interaction with the local HR and certain facility teams is required. There is a noticeable lack of employee support, and in some cases, communication feels restrictive rather than helpful. Situations that should be handled with professionalism and care are sometimes addressed in a way that creates discomfort and tension. While reading similar reviews on Glassdoor describing the HR management as having a “Soviet-style” approach, I found that I cannot disagree with that assessment.

Repeated layoffs and restructuring create instability. Poor transparency in employment decisions. Instability even after a contract was signed. Weak accountability when employee trust and security are at stake. Particularly harmful for employees whose immigration status depends on stable employment. The situation escalated further when I was asked to repay severance related to the earlier termination. Combined with the signed rehire contract and the uncertainty before the new start date, this created an extremely destabilizing and unprofessional experience.
