      Pros

      Exciting as you can make a difference everyday. It's in your hand to impact the business or not. Much more than other places. So much going on and the company is growing like crazy

      Cons

      Long work hours, but the work is great so it's good work hours. Not much training, you better come in knowing your stuff.

      Pros

      Colleagues are the best, it's a great bunch that feels more like family than colleagues. Ambitious people can go all the way, and everyone gets paid quite well.

      Cons

      Part of management is great, really knows what's going on but some are not equally involved, resulting in inconsistent management leading to disconnection amongst teams. There is hardly any balance. Even when giving 100% commitment, more will be asked from you.
