Mostly good coworkers trying to do the right things given what they know/can influence Great brand

Cons

Passive Aggressive Culture Lack of clear accountability/decision makeing especially at the Executive Staff Level. Risk averse culture - doing nothing is a better solution Weak (and I do mean weak) management... Senior Management is disengaged and unaccountable for thier behavior.

Number one product in industry and continuous investment to improve the product and stay ahead of competition. Good investment in cutting edge IT technologies to support the business. Great agility, decision making and fast to market processes.

Cons

Normal growing pains that fast evolving companies bring in terms of workload, and multiple streams of work projects etc. No gain without pain
