Managements unreasonable expectations. They churn through employees. Horrible place to work. Look at the upper management a compensation and the tenure of the workers. Very unexperienced work force.

Many of the aforementioned Territory Managers are locked and loaded on becoming managers and will stop at nothing to achieve that goal. Back stabbing other TM's and grandstanding is commonplace. Management hasn't exactly been known for their high moral fiber either. Overall it's a corporate culture that has deteriorated badly on many levels over the years and leaves you wondering where compassion and decency has gone in the workplace.
