      Pros

      Young, growing company with lots of 'opportunities' if you can stay long enough. Good money in exchange for your work-life balance and friends/family.

      Cons

      A lot of redtape, middle management don't know what's going on half the time. The company is run by marketing people that think they know everything. Customer service is stuck in the back office, clinical team is stuck running events, and the sales team are robots. Management always chasing the stock price. You'll have to sell your soul to work here.

      Pros

      Growing company- good for couple of years. Overall people are nice to work with. Good for youngsters who are willing to work long hours.

      Cons

      More business oriented than employee focused. If you are willing to work really long hours this is the place for you
