      Align is a fast growing company with tons of opportunities. There are a number of areas to contribute to: machine learning, devops, web development, services, processes finetuning, mechanical engineering, whatever technical folks can be looking for. Also there is a great deal of opportunities to influence the company.

      Cons

      If you are looking for well established processes, quiet environment, steady forever lasting projects - it might be tough to work here.
