      A Large company that moves fast, and embraces change

      Pros

      Multicultural environment that is embracing change at a fast pace. This sometimes leads to confusion, but the people are helpful and everyone tries to clear things up as soon as possible. Lots of new projects, and a very professional atmosphere.

      Cons

      Same issues that any large organization would have with processes.

      Cons

      Some processes could be way faster - releases are still occur 1-2 times a year, and to complete them you need to go through a number of ineffective procedures (e.g. risk accessment - if only it helped to assess risk)
