      I'm fortunate to have an amazing line manager, the company is keen to invest in its people and feedback is always constructive and purposeful. fast paced and given autonomy to manage the territory, empowered to make a difference.

      Turnaround of some admin tasks is slow - inevitable in any corporate business but none the less, can be frustrating

      very dynamic and exciting environment to work in; a place where one can really expand their experience and challenge themselves.

      Cons

      tends to be bit chaotic during the transition time of roles being moved to Poland, but that is not a show stopper, rather a mild inconvenience at times
