      Pros

      The product is phenomenal and a joy to sell. The brand speaks for itself.

      Cons

      Extremely administration and reporting heavy. Micromanaged beyond belief. Zero worklife balance, with no praise, recognition or appreciation for the team/s. Little scope for progression and development. Constant claw backs in employee benefits, tools to complete the job and bonus.

      Good product, smart people, stock is on fire

      Cons

      Lots of politics, unfair environment e.g. favoritism, subjective management, high pressure environment, not a good work-life balance, micromanagement, no company culture.
