IT head does not know anything, and he hires same kind of managers who does not know anything. There are many layers, but not leaders. Work on weekend, and on extra hours to show your importance , and be ready to accept late evening stupid calls, if you have any other opportunity than please go ahead, eventhough I am on EP, but i decided to leave this organisation in a short duration and going to join a start-up.

If you are looking for a "move fast break thing embracing positive changes" type of culture like Google, Facebook, or other tech companies in the Bay Area - this is not Align. Align is doing amazing products, but the company culture is in the toilet. There's not really any culture whatsoever and upper management doesn't really care about their people. A lot of inefficient processes everywhere in the company and employees are always playing firefighters. Very old school management from upper management to HR. You can't feel that they really care about their employees at all, they focus more on expansion, revenue, and defeating the competitors. There are so many other awesome companies in Silicon Valley and Align must have a hard time attracting talents because our culture never stands out.
