      The importance of work inside a strong company based all over the world. I was followed during my training from all my colleagues and all my dubts and all my questions were solved and explained. The company is well structured and in my opinion give the possibility to start a new opportunity of carrer who i'd like to manatain as long as possible.

      Cons

      In my opinion i didn't see downsides during these months. The company give to the resources all that thay need: information, help and motivation to do our best in every single moment.

      Pros

      Working for Align means being part of a large family where you are attentive to customers as in most companies but where the well-being of the employee is a fundamental and integral part of the success of this company.

      Cons

      We are valued on our turnover and I don’t see it as a downside, but as an incentive to do better and better.
