      Everything, customer centricity as one of the main values, the people working for the company are exceptional, the culture of this company cares about the good balance between people needs and job development and dutties. In my opinion Align is a HUMAN company with an extraordinary futur. Diversity lived as a reality!!!

      I havent seen any con until now. All the companies have any con, here I am sure that the quality of people working for the company will compensate those cons.

      Superior company with world class management and team support, the products and services speaks for itself. Customers speak very highly of the organization. I love how leadership and management teams really value the total well being of its employees and family members. The work culture is beautiful and so empowering. I couldn’t ask for a better employer to work for.
