Human Resources is not a trusted advocate for all employees. In place of support and guidance as HR is meant to be, Align's Human Resources comes off as intimidating and not open to questions or attempts for clarification to better understand. It has been difficult to share current issues at work without fear of retribution or negative consequences. Human Resources has not been open to hear all the facts before making a decision based on those facts. Quick to make judgement without offering to hear all of the facts.
