      I have observed behaviors in a certain employee that are concerning. There have been instances where she has engaged in gossip and negative talk about team members behind their backs. This behavior undermines trust and creates a toxic work environment. Additionally, despite her performance issues and behavior, it is surprising that she has not faced any consequences, such as being fired. This inconsistency in holding employees accountable raises questions about the fairness and effectiveness of the management." This approach focuses on specific behaviors and their impact on the work environment, without resorting to personal attacks.

      Great technology and product solution for malocclusion and cosmetic orthodontia

      Cons

      Gossip is the way in this company’s culture. Employees openly disrespect the dentists and orthodontists who are their customers. Inexperienced manager, had absolutely no tact in handling a very serious matter privately. Instead she thought it would be totally appropriate to have this conversation in the middle of a quiet yet full cafe for everyone to hear. Degrading, horrible experience.
