gym access on site is nice, and the building is kept clean and bright.
Cons
zero direction, no career path or motivation to work hard, only people who are friends with management get recognized regardless of whether they do their job, NO communication from upper management or across departments, depressing and political culture, the compensation plan offered is not attainable and is purposely hard to understand, a lot of secret things go on without any eventual announcement.
