Stock price is Not everything. Culture is everything but sadly not the case. Wish I had more pros but it’s mostly about the location of the co.

Cons

Very narrow view of employees- IT mostly not diverse and too many old folks with company for too long with NO experience to carry an organization that has room to grow.

Market leader, great product, strong core dev teams, worldwide presence (options to travel), nice new office, competitive comp package, LOTS OF NICE GUYS.

Cons

Poorly qualified senior management, poor project tracking/r&r/decision making process, work-life balance can be a challenge. No matter how knowledgeable you are and how strong you are as an expert, the only key to success is full loyalty, reliability and being a nice guy, even if you dumb and frequently fail.
