Overall, my experience at Align had plenty of positives. The downside of working at Align outweigh the positives. My advice is to do your research and speak to as many RM/TM's as possible about their experience and don't be afraid to ask difficult questions to get their honest feedback.
Upper management: (ASD/Directors) little transparency and constant fire drills, priorities are changing by the day, low trust and sneaky behaviors.
Middle Management: The amount of responsibilities the RM's have.....they are basically running the entire business with very little to no internal support unless you are favored by upper management. No management training to help with the changing needs of the employees. Forced to figure it on your own and if you don't do it their way, consider your career at Align to be even more challenging.
HR: not to be trusted and unethical on so many levels, not considered a resource for anything. Changes need to be made here as HR sets the tone of how the organization handles important issues
Work-Life Balance: non existent, especially in middle management, so much workload, reports, quarterly business reviews, internal customers meetings (and the list goes on and more is piled on).
