Líderes sin habilidades blandas Líderes sin habilidades técnicas Cultura del miedo (amenaza constante de PIP, despidos, etc) Tendencia al recorte de personal masivo 1 vez al año. Evaluaciones de desempeño no son justas ni tienen métricas diferenciadas para personas que están ayudando en otros roles. Metas inalcanzables Cultura de cero tolerancia al complaint del doctor, dándole siempre la razón al doctor aunque no la tenga. No educan al cliente para evitar la ambigüedad. A la mayoría de staff de soporte no le gusta dar soporte ni enseñar.

The company itself offers great opportunities, strong teams, and interesting work. From a business and technical perspective, it is a solid place to grow and develop your career.

Cons

the experience significantly deteriorates when interaction with the local HR and certain facility teams is required. There is a noticeable lack of employee support, and in some cases, communication feels restrictive rather than helpful. Situations that should be handled with professionalism and care are sometimes addressed in a way that creates discomfort and tension. While reading similar reviews on Glassdoor describing the HR management as having a “Soviet-style” approach, I found that I cannot disagree with that assessment.
