      Just you get an opportunity to work in the USA MNC

      Cons

      IT head does not know anything, and he hires same kind of managers who does not know anything. There are many layers, but not leaders. Work on weekend, and on extra hours to show your importance , and be ready to accept late evening stupid calls, if you have any other opportunity than please go ahead, eventhough I am on EP, but i decided to leave this organisation in a short duration and going to join a start-up.

      Pros

      Young, growing company with lots of 'opportunities' if you can stay long enough. Good money in exchange for your work-life balance and friends/family.

      Cons

      A lot of redtape, middle management don't know what's going on half the time. The company is run by marketing people that think they know everything. Customer service is stuck in the back office, clinical team is stuck running events, and the sales team are robots. Management always chasing the stock price. You'll have to sell your soul to work here.

      - Negative work culture, bullying, harassment and heavy top down approach - Expectation to work until you burn out and even then keep going - HR not looking out for employees - Many employees are ill with stress and exhaustion - Company is fixated on sales, gives little gratitude to staff - Unless you smooch up to a management member, good luck getting any type of career growth - Extreme high turnover of staff, sense of dread in the office - Obsession with higher level management team
