      Pros

      Nice facility, the mid level management are very nice, but cannot make decisions on their on.

      Cons

      The top management tend to throw the responsibility on the employees and do not solve problems. Very toxic place, they buy you with the facility food and stuff but the atmosphere is bad

      Depending on the department, it can turn out a somewhat unpleasent job. Some managers difficult the job regularly.
