      Some amazing people Salary is ok but targets never met Products are great

      Cons

      Culture is very poor Leader of business only listens to 1 person, who happens to be strongly political & main reason for poor culture. HR does nothing as they are complicit. Lost most of the great leaders recently. Only 2 remain who are great leaders and respected in the industry. Many people actively searching for new employment. Very poor communication from senior management

      One would be deeply into the system so intense that you would be available to assist customers.Though you will enjoy it.
