- No stability for growth. 3 years total with 3 managers and then laid off. - 3 years and just a 2% raise...the 3rd year. Company chose to cut costs with numerous lay offs in all 3 years.

5 months out of the year they put sales people in a customer service job at another one of their companies where there are no commissions and is not medicare sales which is what were licensed to do

Alight is an incredible company when it comes to the people, culture, and benefits. It's what is keeping me there. My managers are superb individuals who genuinely care. The benefits provided by the company (especially the paternity leave) are fantastic!

Cons

Alight has had trouble being profitable recently, really cutting into their ability to provide raises/promotions. They need to turn this around because this is going on year 3 (at least) of their struggles.
