      Pros

      This company is very community minded - encourages volunteering by providing opportunities to serve. They have programs to work towards promoting.

      Cons

      The only con I can think of is that my department (which is the customer service department) doesn't offer flexibility with work schedules.

      Good pay Good role(this may vary) Employee friendly policies Transport provided (if within their service zones) Supportive Management Good place for women Good tax saving options Sufficient paid leaves

      Cons

      Environment and culture is very BPO centric Depending on the team/role work life balance may get disturbed. This is not true for every role or team though. Very limited options for self development (in terms of trainings and certifications) Worst part could be favoritism. (Again this may vary based on the team) Another important con is employees could be with the same team for years. It doesn't seem like internal movement is an easy process.
