      Good environment, infrastructure, employee friendly, work life balance, can work from any location. If laptop provided then work from home eligible

      Day shift not available, too complicated/critical work. No gifts/bonus... Growth option very limited

      Ability to work from home and sometimes flexible work schedule is nice to have. Can move up to entry management quickly.

      Cons

      Senior management team has no vision for the future and competition jumping on it. Training is no longer important and staffing on teams is very tight
