      Workplace flexibility, remote working, no timecard entry for some groups. New CEO on board so hopefully things will turn around

      Cons

      Lower than average pay, poor financial performance over the past several years resulting in no merit increases and no bonus payouts, RIFs and more work going off shore. Overall quality is suffering.
