      If you work hard you will definitely reach high. New company with very old business.

      Cons

      Infrastructure is too old. Management still follows old philosophy of work. No incentive. Shift Timings

      excellent service offering for clients. Hugely supportive of the remote/work from home environment for employees

      Cons

      unrealistic targets and performance - leaders make changes in the short/near term to impact their yearly bonus and not the long term impact to clients or colleagues. Leadership continues to be untruthful with the team and opportunities are provided at the senior levels based upon "who you know" (more so than in other environments I've ever worked in).
