Stable work environment where a lot of the people there have been with the company a while Company encourages you to work virtually but only so you can be on call all the time Flexibility for those with kids and families

Cons

Low salaries Lack of employee engagement Disorganized technology with no real sense of direction and leadership Poor leadership
