Cons

Seating is very close. Micromanagement. Breaks are dictated and so are lunches. I saw a recruiter flat out deny this occurs, but it does. You log in to Genesys to see your lunches and breaks.

Always changing and restructuring so there is no clear direction. Seems like they don't know what they're doing and just making stuff up as they please.
