      If you enjoy having a work / life balance, this is may not be a good place for you. The atmosphere is depressing and demoralizing. Most long term employees give the impression they checked-out long ago. Disengaged employees starting with HR and up throughout the management team ranks. Equipment is out of date, for instance, the reuse of headsets? Why reuse a piece of equipment that has been near someone’s mouth and face?
