Work from Home -- That is the ONLY good thing about this company

The ship is sinking! Since the company became Alight Solutions some of the new roles do not have defined responsibilities. Instead cost savings goals were immediately defined. Most of us are performing the job of multiple roles since there were layoffs, we are over worked. The company will not hire any additional resources even though we started declining non revenue generated work for clients since we do not have enough employees to support the revenue generated projects. The vast majority of the work gets done off-shore in India with really bad quality and most of the time USA associates are doing the re-work.

Good benefits with a forward thinking company. Employees that work for Alight are most friendly and supportive.

Cons

Managers are either hit or miss depending on how well your personalities align. Work culture is absent from my experience. Training for specialized skills is not comprehensive enough.
