      Good pay and plenty of available work

      Cons

      Constantly understaffed, they expect too much from the employees they have. Every person I work with is unhappy about the hours they work. Management is not showing appreciation. Small gifts to show appreciation for the really hard workers USED TO BE COMMON.

      Pros

      Flexible work from home schedule. Work Life Balance most of the time. Reasonable/Fair Pay. I worked in a great team.

      Cons

      Lots of silos and power struggles. Lack collaboration. Because of this, hard or it takes longer to get things done. Mission and values are inspiring but not everyone practices them. Many people are disillusioned and disengaged. The company is currently going through seismic changes (since 2016) and with it comes uncertainty.
