We're undertrained and thrown task with no clear instructions/experience yet expected from our managers to complete it without asking questions. Most of the teams are overworked and jam packed with their own assignments that there's no opportunity to shadow any new processes. If you raise any concerns to management, be ready to be lectured/looked down on by manager(s). Senior management is in it for themselves and should not have the responsibility/duty of managing other people. Whole company morale is at an all time low - you can sense no one is passionate about being there.
