      Pros

      Good professional development due to white spaces between processes. Lots of freedom to create and deploy new ideas and strategies.

      Cons

      Poor professional level in some areas, needs to improve recruitment and retention plans in order to get better professionals. Constant changes on strategy due to failure and lots of micro-management. Poor knowledge of companies acquisition and management. Needs to improve in technology. Too much people doing too little.

      Pros

      Open door policy, everbody gets to talk with whom they need, at any moment. Senior managers are hands on and supportive.

      Cons

      Nothing really criticall, maybe location and for my traveling a lot. Work/life balance may be affected if you dont put yor limints.

      Pros

      This is an excellent place. People are awesome and the opportunities to grow are various. I strongly recommend this place!

      Cons

      Although it is an international company. It is not in Europe or in the US. So it is hard to go and stay in a developed country.
