      Hoping things improve with an Alcon spinoff

      Pros

      Great benefits and amenities on campus (i.e. cafe, gym, car detail service, CU, etc.) Can progress fairly quickly once you're aligned with the right people

      Cons

      Takes a lot of energy and effort to get things done with all of the bureaucracy. Political alignments are a necessary evil

      Pros

      Great benefits and good pay rate for area.

      Cons

      Poor "good old boy" management team. They do not care about their employees. Training is of poor quality and there are many cliques, so there are a lot of conflicts among co-workers that go unresolved.
