Decent pay otherwise would lose employees

Cons

Unbelievable work load, discrimination (see lawsuits), hides Complaint data by fudging numbers, ignores customer complaints, constantly behind on work and responses , does not correct obvious problems with Clear care burning due to lens cases stop neutralizing and Daily Lenses breaking or folding over in customers eyes.

Both a 401k and retirement program. Great place to work if you need to catch up on your sleep.

Cons

Boring, poor management, company politics, the best people leave while the worst people stay.
