      Good pay and benefits with interesting work if you can survive the acquisition headaches -sometimes more like a migraine

      Pros

      Some very talented people and interesting/challenging projects. The salaries and benefits are competetive. Beautiful campus.

      Cons

      Some unethical and incompetent upper to mid-management that is very good at covering up and will probably never be forced out for the sake of progress since they are dug in at this point.

      Pros

      As an initial job, a very good place to obtain training and experiences from. Lot of good people are still there.

      Cons

      As time goes on, reality sets in and realize that the upper management does not care about its employees. Few bad eggs up at the top just ruins the whole place.
