      Good pay, good benefits, not so good management

      Pros

      Good pay especially for people who have little to no experience. Plenty of break time to help make the 12 hours go faster. Benefits are good. Overtime is not mandatory, but is available most of the time.

      Cons

      Management is not so good. Always understaffed forcing most employees to work twice as hard. They think pizza parties and food will make everything better.

      Management is not open with employees. They make changes without employee input, and keep it a secret until the change is already made.
