The people and management are friendly and have a lot of technical knowledge.

Cons

Novartis was the worst thing for this company! R&D project approval process takes an act of Congress to get anything approved. Nobody is doing any more work in R&D.

Benefits are some of the best in Fort Worth - medical and PTO are very good. location is also convenient in Tarrant county

Gone through a lot of changes lately, recent layoffs, and people are having to do more with less

Always making changes don't listen to the hired help since being bought out by Novartis anything they want to change they g'day it's a Novartis mandate
